Steel Sprockets
Developed on the racetrack with the goal of being both lightweight and strong enough to cope with the highest performance race machines. CAD designed and laser cut to ensure an exact fit on the wheel. Made in our European factory to our exacting standards guarantees trouble free riding. These sprockets include our exclusive Tri-Zinc anti corrosion technology. The first layer is a silver/nickel coating providing a strong resistance to corrosion. The second black layer contains tiny particles that fill micro-pores in the steel so abrasive rust will not wear out the chain. Finally a slick top-coat reduces dirt build-up keeping your sprocket looking good.
Aluminum Sprockets
•Made from 7075-T6 aluminum for high strength and light weight.
•CNC machined for an exact fit.
•Special tooth design increases chain contact and significantly extends the sprocket life.
•Grooved teeth maximize sprocket life by preventing dirt build-up.
•Finished with a durable anodizing in multiple colors.
Stealth Sprockets
•Dual-metal design features a lightweight aluminum core hardened steel outer ring and tough stainless rivets.
•Locking constrtuction: steel outer ring sits inside the alumminum core which greatly increases side impact strength.
•Steel teeth are slightly thicker at the tip to prevent hooking and last 3 times longer than aluminum. Aluminum core is 70% lighter than steel which lowers the rotating mass.
•Finished with a durable anodizing in multiple colors.

Countershaft Sprockets
•Made from SCM-435 carbon free steel and carbon impregnated
•Ultra-hard surface layer reduces friction to prevent power-loss caused by chain drag
